Commercial Law

We draft general terms and conditions of purchase, delivery, and service as well as individual contracts for the purchase of goods and the provision of services. We take into account the special features of cross-border trade in goods and services and advise on issues relating to the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

We represent clients in contract negotiations or in disputes, both out of court and before courts or arbitration tribunals. If the goods that were delivered are defective or the services were not provided in accordance with the contract, we assert claims for damages or other warranty claims on behalf of our clients, and defend our clients, if the contracting party asserts unjustified claims for defects.
