BRP RENAUD once again ranks among the 100 most attractive employers for lawyers in Germany. In the latest azur100 ranking published by JUVE, our firm was also recognized as one of 20 regional champions.
The editors particularly highlight our hands-on training, positive working environment, and the high level of associate satisfaction. Lawyers joining BRP RENAUD are given early responsibility in client matters and develop both professionally and personally — supported by our in-house academy and an open feedback culture. In the current associate survey, respondents praised the “good opportunities for associates to contribute to the firm in a variety of ways,” as well as the strong commitment shown by the partners: “The partners invest a great deal of time, and it is clear how much they care about the training of young lawyers.”
For the ranking, the azur100 editorial team surveyed more than 5,300 individuals, including legal professionals as well as students and trainee lawyers. The results were complemented by HR data from around 250 employers.
