We draft contracts for work and services, general manager agreements, project development agreements, partnership agreements for joint ventures, as well as usage and purchase agreements of all kinds. By providing legal advice during the project, we help protect our clients from unusual risks and avoidable conflicts. Should a dispute arise regardless, however, we represent our clients in independent evidentiary proceedings and litigation before national courts or arbitration tribunals.
