Effective 1 December, attorney-at-law and tax consultant Daniela Glöckle is returning to BRP RENAUD, once again bolstering the M&A and Corporate Law Practice Group in Stuttgart. After a stint as managing director of an investment company, she is bringing her expertise back to BRP RENAUD, where she previously spent many successful years.

Daniela’s area of expertise includes advising on M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions, as well as corporate and restructuring law. As a tax consultant, Daniela also provides transactional and structural tax guidance on complex tax matters — including in cross-border projects.
