BRP RENAUD Advises Eberspaecher on International Joint Venture
Eberspaecher Climate Control Systems International GmbH and the Dutch company Zeliox Sales B.V. have signed an agreement to establish a joint venture company. The future joint venture company Eberspaecher Zeliox B.V. will develop and distribute energy storage systems for mobile power supply in commercial and special vehicles. BRP RENAUD, together with the Interlaw network partner law firm AKD from the Netherlands, provided comprehensive legal advice to Eberspächer on this transaction.
