We draft supply and distribution agreements of all types, particularly commercial agency and authorized dealer agreements, for enterprises and their sales intermediaries in Germany and abroad. In doing so, we take into account the framework conditions of national and European antitrust law as well as those of other countries in the cross-border movement of goods and services. We design the legal framework for comprehensive distribution and supply relationships, quality assurance and similar agreements. We represent the interests of enterprises and sales intermediaries out of court and before courts and arbitration tribunals in Germany and abroad.
