Our focus is on the application of the rules of private international law (conflict of laws) as well as issues relating to the drafting and effectiveness of jurisdiction and arbitration clauses, taking into account the relevant bilateral or multilateral international agreements. Our services also include the application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), the choice and use of INCOTERMS clauses and the inclusion of the relevant financing methods in cross-border contracts.
We advise our international clients on German law and assist them with their projects abroad in cooperation with colleagues in the respective foreign country.
