The Compliance Practice Group of BRP RENAUD advises your enterprise on systematic compliance with laws and regulations and provides assistance in the event of compliance violations. Our clients are enterprises of all sizes, from small and mid-sized companies to large corporations. Many of them operate internationally.

We specialize in compliance: Our practice group has both the legal knowledge and the practical experience required for this purpose. We value individual solutions rather than standardized systems. Many of our attorneys-at-law gained their professional experience in legal and compliance departments. We know how enterprises work.

Our services will help avoid conflicts with government bodies, such as public prosecutors, customs and antitrust authorities, meet the requirements of business partners for the awarding of contracts and capital disbursement, and reduce the personal liability risk of members of the management team.

Our practice group assists with everything from the structuring and implementation of individual compliance measures to the installation of a comprehensive compliance management system.

Our firm helps with the establishment of specific individual measures, such as the drafting of codes of conduct, the establishment of a whistleblower hotline, or the appointment of a compliance officer.

In connection with our hotline assistance, we not only assist you with the selection and establishment of the necessary structures and processes in your enterprise but also train employees who are to assume responsibilities in this regard or have BRP RENAUD attorneys-at-law operate the hotline. Our firm also connects you with IT service providers who offer suitable software for the operation of hotlines that align with your the structure of your enterprise.

As part of a compliance audit, our specialists analyze your the specific risks of your enterprise and evaluate your existing compliance measures.

Another service our firm offers is practical compliance training for management and employees.

If there are reasons to believe that your enterprise is not compliant, our firm can carry out an internal investigation. Our respective practice group clarifies the facts, conducts interviews, organizes the review and evaluation of documents (partially with the help of IT tools), and secures evidence for use in court. Our firm also advises on voluntary disclosure. We also have experience with the use of amnesty programs to clarify violations.
