BRP RENAUD further expands real estate practice with a financing expert

Before that, Hans Thomas Kessler and his team had joined BRP RENAUD at the beginning of 2026 to strengthen the real estate law practice at the Frankfurt office. Eike Frederik Neugebauer now adds financing expertise to the team.

Eike Frederik Neugebauer is transferring from DLA Piper, where he has worked since 2019, focusing on project and real estate financing and broadening his expertise acquired during his previous five years at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner in Frankfurt.  He advises banks, sponsors and alternative lenders such as insurance companies, pension funds and loan funds on complex financing structures—from senior and mezzanine financing to restructurings and securitization transactions. In addition to real estate financing, Eike Frederik Neugebauer also advises on corporate financing and will continue to expand this segment at BRP RENAUD.
